Delete from the app
- Open the Starly app and sign in.
- Tap the Profile tab in the bottom menu.
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm with Delete forever.
Deleted data (immediately)
- Full name, email address, password and language preference
- All proof images and notes you submitted
- Your star balance and star history
- Pending and rejected payout requests (the balance is not refunded)
- Device ID and session tokens
Retained data
- Records of completed payouts (account holder name, IBAN, amount, date): kept for 10 years as required by tax and commercial law, then deleted. They are not used for any other purpose.
- Server access logs (IP address): deleted at the end of the hosting provider's standard technical retention period.
Tip: if you have reached the payout threshold, request a payout and wait for it to be completed before deleting your account.
Can't access the app? Delete here
Enter the email and password of your Starly account. If they are correct, your account is deleted immediately.
If you don't remember your password, email centuracomtr@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete account". After verifying your identity we will delete your account within 30 days.
