These terms govern your use of the Starly mobile app and the starly.com.tr website ("Starly"). By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
The service
Starly publishes tasks such as surveys, AI data collection, field checks and product tests. When you complete a task, prove it with screenshots and your proof is approved, you earn stars. Service provider: Yasin Halit Karayağız (Centura), İstanbul, Türkiye.
Who can use Starly
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- To receive payouts you need a Turkish bank account (IBAN) in your own name.
- One account per person. You may not transfer your account or use it on someone else's behalf.
- The information you provide at sign-up must be accurate.
Tasks and proofs
- Each task's steps, reward, per-person limit and quota are shown on the task page.
- Only upload unedited screenshots and photos that show you actually completed the task.
- Every submission is reviewed by our team. Proofs that do not meet the task requirements are rejected with a reason.
- Images must not contain other people's personal data (faces, licence plates, IDs/documents, etc.), and you may not upload illegal, obscene or infringing content.
- You allow us to use your proofs and task outputs to verify the task and deliver results to the task owner.
Stars and payouts
- Stars are added to your balance only for approved tasks. Stars shown as "in review" are not earned yet.
- Current rate: 2000 stars = 100 TL. Payouts are requested in multiples of this threshold. If the rate or threshold changes we will announce it in the app in advance; a change will not reduce the value of stars already earned.
- The account holder name on a payout request must match the name on your Starly account. Requested stars are held while the request is processed.
- Approved requests are sent to your IBAN by bank transfer. Stars from rejected requests are returned to your balance.
- Stars are not money; they cannot be transferred to other accounts or exchanged for cash other than through a payout request.
- You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings to the extent the law places that obligation on you.
Prohibited conduct
- Submitting fake, someone else's or edited proofs, or reusing the same proof.
- Opening multiple accounts or completing tasks with bots, emulators or automation tools.
- Using someone else's IBAN, or selling or renting your account.
- Trying to bypass the security of the service or disrupt its operation.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete account. If you have reached the payout threshold, we recommend requesting a payout first; the balance of a deleted account cannot be restored. We may close accounts that seriously breach these terms.
Availability
The number and type of tasks depend on demand from task owners; we do not guarantee a number of tasks or level of earnings. We may pause the service temporarily for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. If we shut the service down permanently, we will announce it in advance and give you reasonable time to request payouts for balances above the threshold.
Limitation of liability
Starly is provided "as is". Third-party sites opened from task links are subject to their own terms. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our liability is in any case limited to the TL value of the approved stars in your account. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Starly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes; your statutory consumer rights, including recourse to consumer arbitration committees, are not affected.
