Delete your Starly data

You can delete some of your data in the Starly app developed by Centura without closing your account. To delete your whole account, go to the account deletion page.

How it works

  1. Enter the email and password of your Starly account below.
  2. Tick the types of data you want to delete.
  3. Press Delete selected data. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Data you can delete

If you don't remember your password, email centuracomtr@gmail.com from your registered address and tell us which data to delete. After verifying your identity we will delete it within 30 days.

Data that cannot be deleted here

  • Name, email and password: needed for your account to work. Delete your account to remove them.
  • Star balance and star history: needed to calculate your balance correctly.
  • Completed and pending payout details: paid records are kept for 10 years as required by tax and commercial law; pending requests are needed until they are resolved.
  • Proofs still in review: you can delete them here once the review is finished.
